Bed-to-Bed Air Ambulance Transport
This service is for patients in need of Basic
Life Support, Advanced Life Support, or Critical
Care Life Support patients not well enough to
travel on a commercial flight. The service begins
at the bedside of the patient, uses dedicated
ground and air ambulances, and ends when the
patient is safely in bed at the destination
facility. Our aircraft, equipped as a mobile
intensive care unit, is flown to the airport
closest to the patient. A ground ambulance takes
our medical team from the airport to the
patients bedside. Our doctor and paramedic
prepare the patient for transport and travel with
the patient, by ground ambulance from the
hospital back to the airport. Our aircraft fly
everyone to the most convenient airport where a
ground ambulance is waiting to bring everyone to
the destination hospital or other destination
facility.
