Rotary Compression

• Rotary compression is used to supply compressed
  air for various industrial applications.
• Roller inside the rotary compressor compresses
  the refrigerant through rotating action. Rotation
  of roller around the shaft eccentrically touch
  the insider wall of cylinder which creates two
  sealed areas from one area of intake port will
  suck the refrigerant and rotationally roller will
  compress the refrigerant by reducing the volume
  of air.
• High pressure of refrigerant will expose the
  exhaust valve and can be released. This way
  rotary compressor compresses the refrigerant
  simultaneously.

Dust Collection System

• Dust Collection System to collect the dust
  particles in terms of harmful gases, chemical
  particles, and hazardous floating materials in
  the air or gas produced during the production
  process.
• Dust collector system is an air control
  equipments to capture the poisonous particles
  created during the production process which are
  absorbed in the dust collector before release the
  gas into the atmosphere.
• Dust collector system is made up of particular
  material having capacity to trace the particles
  those not visible through necked eyes and
  existing in the gas in micron sizes.

• Dust collector system is a replaceable system on
  saturation with pollutants. There are the
  controllers to check the efficiency of dust
  collector system to frequently check them before
  the production starts.
• if the system is fully saturated with absorbed
  particles. It has been changed with new one to
  release produced gas without harmful particles.

Roots Vacuum Pump

• This vacuum pump is also referred as roots
  blower and roots pump. Roots pump are used to get
  low pressures with high pumping speed along with
  roughing pumps.
• Roots vacuum pump are used in pneumatic
  conveying systems, central vacuum cleaning
  system, water and sewage treatment plants and in
  dewatering systems for various industries like
  metals, power, chemicals, oil field and textiles
  etc.

Central Vacuum Cleaning System

• Centralized vacuum cleaning system traced the
  spillage and very light solid particles in the
  air of production houses which may hamper the
  production process if not settled down. This
  minute dust particles may be harmful to the
  health of working people.
• This dusting in factory is handled by vacuum
  cleaning system centrally placed to keep the
  entire work area free from dust or hazardous
  particles. Central vacuum cleaning system is
  available in modular form based on the coverage
  area to keep clean.
