• This PrestaShop custom fields module is developed
  by FMM (FMEModules) which is used to add custom
  fields on checkout page.
• After installation you can add custom input/out
  fields such as text area, date, yes/no, multi
  select, drop down, checkbox, radio button and
  message and other. The validation will be
  performed automatically and you can set default
  values and position of the all the custom fields.
