About Master of Medical Science(MMSc)

• A unique program which helps to attain the
  Masters in a span of ONE year. Students with
  basic Medical Education is inducted into this
  program.

Program Overview

• Texila American University has developed
  knowledge competency and research based
  customized Master of Medical Science programs in
  various medical specialties to augment the dearth
  of specialty doctors in various medical fields.
  Similar programs are very much in vogue in
  countries like United Kingdom, Australia and
  Malaysia. Final Degree will be offered by UCN.
• The main thrust of the program is to gain
  knowledge and competencies through blended
  learning which is acquired through an appropriate
  interplay of course work, clinical work and
  research.
• Students with basic Medical Education is inducted
  into MMSc Specialty Program.
• Students will be able to procure a world class
  Master's degree in a span of one year.

• The course is divided into 3 terms, each terms is
  of 4 months duration.
• During the first two terms students will study
  the theory and clinical and during the Third term
  they will work on the thesis.
• Candidates are expected to commence work on their
  thesis from the first term onwards.
• The university is providing e-books
  (Specialization wise) and access to TAU
  e-library.
• Based on the study materials, students will have
  to give weekly test which will be of 10 MCQ's.
  The question will be posted through Learning
  Management System.
• Faculty interaction will be arranged for the
  students through "Forum" option in the LMS, where
  the students can post their queries and get it
  clarified by the Faculties through the same
