Craig takes you through a 4 session protocol, he
developed from working with 1000's of athletes,
to eliminate any mental blocks that hold you back
from achieving your highest and best
performances. He specializes in helping athletes
get to the next level with his unique 6 step
MASTER THE PRESSURE method.

When you work with Craig, you will finally get
rid of all your useless, limiting beliefs, faulty
inner programs and fears that may have developed
from old hurts/injuries. Work one-on-one with
Craig in his office in Bellevue, WA or from any
location on the phone or via Skype.

After working with Craig, I landed a job playing
in the CFL (Canadian Football League)and had
success almost immediately. This year I was
nominated as my teams Most Outstanding Special
Teams player, which is no easy task and was a
great honor for me personally. I can also tell
you Ive had more fun being an athlete again
than Ive ever had since I turned Pro thanks to
my newfound mindset. And I have Craig to thank
for it.

During your sessions, you learn techniques to
achieve self-empowerment, thought control,
emotional mastery, visualization/mental practice,
and perspective. These are tools you will have
for the rest of your life! Craig also
incorporates Sports Hypnosis in your sessions so
that the work you do works on your conscious and
unconscious thinking patterns.

Before the work is completed, you will be able to
keep yourself clear of any negative emotions that
are holding you back and know how to continue to
build confidence with the tools you learned.
These skills are the keys to developing mental
toughness and staying in The Zone during your big
event or game. What makes this work especially
gratifying is my athletes use this mental
training to improve all aspects of their life
that it spills over to relationships, health, and
