• From the day Croft began in 2005, we went
  about things differently. For starters, we built
  our Chinese manufacturing workshop from scratch,
  which is where every Croft shoe is made today
  not one stitch is farmed out. And at the helm is
  one of the most experienced, passionate and
  talented craftsmen in the business. Why is that
  important? Because the people who make Croft
  shoes take pride in the product they create. It
  also means we control the working conditions and
  can uphold the very highest factory standards,
  which helps us sleep at night.

Shipping Policies

• Shipping within Australia
• Standard delivery time is between 4-7 working
  days.  Shipping is free.
• Shipping Internationally
• Orders shipped to International destinations
  incur a 40 flat rate shipping charge. All
  international orders are sent via DHL. Standard
  delivery time is between 7-14 working days. Items
  in your order that are shipped outside of
  Australia may be subject to taxes, customs duties
  and fees levied by the destination country. The
  recipient of the shipment is responsible for any
  of these charges. Any applicable duties or fees
  are due on delivery and paid to the carrier. 
• Returns
• The goods must be returned to Croft Shoes
  within 14 days, along with your receipt. Any
  shipping costs will be refunded in full, provided
  you supply a receipt for your return shipping
  costs.
