for people who are in the process oflosing
weight! What if we show you how a few eating
habits may benefit you? Readon!
After crossing the threshold of 40s, the body
metabolism slows down, meaning thatyou burn
fewer amounts of calories even with the same
amount of exercise and thesame portion of food
you consume like you did when you were less than
40.Moreover the appetite of a person also
increases by up to 60 leading to the factthat
you now begin to crave for more amount of food
than in your younger days.Fighting this dilemma
is fairly difficult. So, instead of forceful cut
down in the intakeof food, you may opt for fat
burning foods to sustain your current weight
andeventually help yourself in losing a few more
pounds.

peculiar, certain food itemswill actually help
you in technically burning the excessive fat off.

body needs to invest more energy in
digesting proteins than those fats.

Eggs- Eggs contain vitamin B12 which helps in
the breaking down of fats in your body. If you
are concerned about the cholesterol intake than
it may be noted that dietary cholesterol has
little effect on blood cholesterol. Go for the
egg whites.
b. Fish- Salmon, tuna and alike are rich in
omega-3 fatty acids whichhelp you in fighting
the bad omega-6 fatty acids.
c. Beans- These are rich in protein, fiber and
iron. Avoid refried or re-baked beans though!
