• What is a stretch ceiling?
• The stretch ceiling is a real suspended ceiling,
  traditional in white matt or available in many
  different colors. It may have acoustic or
  anti-bacterial properties. It can be a plain flat
  ceiling or a 3 dimensional ceiling.
• In any case, it is made to measure, prefabricated
  in our factory and installed by a professional.

What is a NEWMAT stretch ceiling made of? The
NEWMAT stretch ceiling is composed of three
parts- The profile, which is placed on the
wall or on the ceiling,- The PVC membrane,
joined together by high frequency welding- The
harpoon, which is fixed around the edge of the
membrane and fits into the profile The profiles
are made of PVC or anodized aluminum. Are the
NEWMAT stretch ceilings solid? Yes, the NEWMAT
stretch ceilings are guaranteed for 10 years
against seam ruptures.

How is a NEWMAT stretch ceiling installed? A
certified NEWMAT dealer-installer will - Draw a
plan according to the measurements taken on
site. - Order the stretch ceiling made to measure
in the NEWMAT factory (Lille, France). Each
NEWMAT stretch ceiling is unique. - Place the
profiles on the walls and then fit the harpoon
into the profile. This step takes place in a warm
environment which softens the membrane and allows
it to stretch. Are the NEWMAT stretch ceilings
washable? Yes, the NEWMAT stretch ceilings are
washable. You can use a household cleaning agent
or one of our NEWMAT products.

Spots - Luminaires
The installation of spotlights and other lights
in your stretch ceiling requires passing an
approved installer NEWMAT The cutting of the
fabric made by a certified installer NEWMAT not
affect the voltage of your stretch ceiling

NEWMAT) we provide a support processor that
allows placement near the spot so as to be easily
changed through the location of the spot. The
conductor between the transformer and the spot
should be generously sized to avoid voltage loss
at the spot. It is not advisable to group the
individual processors, in order to avoid mutual
heating of transformers and their safety. (At
least 2 cm between each transformer) We have

ceiling installation is depends on the size of
the room, the number of angles in the room and
the type of material you choose such as Matt,
satin or lacquered finish, acoustical ceiling
material. The price can change if you decide to
add a numerical printing or spots lighting. A
fixed square meter price would not be relevant
for a pvc stretch ceilings. The installation
process is made-to measure. The ceiling installed
with the use of heat is a made-to-measure
