Above reproach
Irreprensible
He is above a provable charge of sinnot open to
a just accusation Like Jesus in Jn.
846 Which one of you convicts Me of sin? Many
accused him but none of the accusations were
justified. blasphemer false teacher traitor tr
ouble maker glutton, drunkard
acusaciones. blasfemo maestro
falso traidor fabricante del apuro comilón,
borracho

Above reproach
Irreprensible
Does not mean he never sinned but that if he did,
he responded in a right-eous way, like Peter, who
denied Jesus sinned in Gal. 211
But when Cephas came to Antioch, I opposed him to
his face, because he stood condemned.
But when he repented of those sins, no one could
use them against him. In spite of them, he later
was named to be an elder, 1Pet. 51.

Hospitable
Hospedador
Literally a friend of strangers he helps
with their needs generous to guests (from
Thayer's Greek Lexicon)
Literalmente amigo de extranjeros él les
ayuda con sus necesidades..."ge-neroso a las
huéspedes" (de Thayer's Greek Lexicon)
Is ready to supply the true needs of others
estar, vivir proveer ropa, alimento, trans-
porte, educación, información, etc.
We think of hospitality as in-viting someone to
your home for a meal, but it can take other forms
which have noth-ing to do with being in your
home provide a place to stay, live provide
clothes, food, transportation, education,
information, etc.

Buen testimonio de los de afuera
Has the respect of associates who are not
Christians they have no just accusation against
him but believe him to be honest, honorable, a
man of his word
Must be careful not to exag-gerate this quality,
knowing that many in the world have no respect
for true Christians many hated Jesus, the
apostles, and the early Christians and accused
them of many sins blasphemy, treason, carnality
cristianos verdaderos muchos odiaron a Jesús,
los apostles, y los cristianos tempranos y los
acusaron de muchos pecados blasfemia, traición,
carnalidad
