Experimental Design 1- Validation
  • F1 Granulosa layer explant expresses clock genes
    in a circadian pattern for 48hrs
  • - qPCR 0, 12, 24, 36, 48
  • F1 Granulosa layer explant is viable for 48hrs

  • Tissue collected 18hrs before ovulation.
