Lessons learnt
  • Bridge the gap between POLITICIANS they tend to
    be driven and biased by short term answers.
    Diversely Brazilian HR TECHNICAL GROUP has been
    for 30 years in this business. How to conciliate
    structural reforms, with future outcomes and
    immediate responses?
  • Dialog between sectors MOH must chat on a daily
    basis with MOE ? Academia, M Labor ?Worker
    Unions, ST ? Research Institutes, Professional
    Associations, Regulatory Bodies and so on.
    Avoids misunderstandings, jealousies,
    parallelisms, etc
  • Generation of sound evidences is needed to
    support decision-making. HR Observatories
    network.
  • Health goes beyond being a technical issue. In

    health reform
