  • 2002/3 has not been a good year for the Agency
    as measured by its corporate performance
  • DPA Annual Report Accounts 2003/2004
  • Underlying causes of poor performance are
    endemic
  • CDP to HCDC 12th May 2004
  • CDP stocktake review completed end 2003.
