Art Alive, San Diego's finest floral
extravaganza, is back for its 26th year with
another extraordinary spectacle of art and
flowers. This highly-anticipated springtime
tradition will once again feature the work of
award-winning professional and amateur floral
designers, a live floral demonstration by
international designer Nico De Swert, Art Alive
merchandise, and an exclusive floral fête. A new
special feature this year, Young Art Alive will
incorporate works from Young ArtSDMA's biennial
display of art by San Diego County K12
studentswith student floral design and natural
color exploration. In conjunction with Young Art
Alive, budding designers will have the
opportunity to take a special floral arrangement
class for children. As the Museum's primary
fundraising event, Art Alive raises money to
support popular events and stimulating
exhibitions, as well as valuable educational
programs.
