- In the context of school drop-outs,
- bring the student to come into possession of
educational contents. - To reconcile him with learning activities by
using the technological tool he mostly uses the
mobile phone. - To get him involved in the preparation and
development of multimedia materials. - Teachers and researchers work together to
develop video seminaries - Thanks to the Wi-Fi router installed in their
schools, students will be able to download the
seminars on their mobile phones - Within the Wi-Fi coverage area, students and
teachers can exchange files, opinions and
complementary information

- Adaptation of the Gagnés model
- a brief guide which presents the phases of
introduction, presentation of the concept and of
conclusion. - 3 phases that appear within TELA with related
suggestions. - The last 3 phases are exercise, evaluation and
in-depth studying. These phases are distributed
on the site web and do not have any influence on
the VS.

and will be carried out till May 2009, - 4 schools are involved in the project,
- 50 students who are at risk to drop school have
been invited to participate with parental
authorization, - 8 teachers and 8 tutors will take care of
classroom curricular and extra-curricular

- Evaluation
- VS style mostly downloaded
- the impact of free time access to VS
- the entry level of knowledge and the new level of
it at the end of the project - how students respect the rules (min. 4 VS/week,
do not follow traditional classroom with the
mobile phone switched on...)? - why and how often they access the internet
- their general appreciation of the project
- The difficulties both students and teachers have
to cope with

- Future
- TELA will be accessible from all over our
regional educational space - On-line training material will be accessible for
teachers/trainers - MOKA will be presumably used by unemployed people
who look for a job/information and could use VS
to get informed on the expertise a sector is
looking for, - upon where people points on the mobile phone to
download VS (institutions, museum, research
centres,...). -
