Utopia

• We are a well-populated town that is divided
  into in numerous extended neighborhoods. We are
  in the great state of Virginia.
• Our neighborhood surrounds our prided Town
  Center- the place for work, fun, activities,
  culture, and more
• The Town Center is only a five minute walk from
  even the farthest parts of Utopia

Town Center
Our town center is based around our court house.
This court house doubles as a court house and a
police station.
The fire station is also located in the town
center right next to the court house.

There is a walking mall in the town center that
has everything you could ever imagine.

Town Center Art and History Museum

• Built 40 yrs ago and showcases Utopias
  historical aspects. It displays
• 19th Century Victorian furniture and clothing
• Portrait gallery of famous people from Virginia
• Civil War Paraphernalia

Town Center Theatre

• Our Theatre appeals to everyone- young and old.
• We also have a drive-in movie theater located in
  our city, near one of the lakes.

Bus Stops

• Utopia has bus stops placed all over town
• Shuttles run every 50 minutes
• These shuttles are eco-friendly because they run
  off of electricity
• Because of the amount of shuttles and the
  frequency of their running time, cars are mostly
  not needed in Utopia
• Shuttles seat 15

Inns

• Utopia has two 60 bedroom inns placed on either
  side of town
• These are Bed and Breakfast inns and attract many
  tourists
• Permanent rooms are provided for college
• students, etc. on a 3 month basis
• Come try our world-famous
• Blueberry Pancakes!

24 Hour Urgent Care

• There are two Urgent Care centers which are open
  obviously 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
• They are located conveniently near the two
  neighborhoods just incase of an emerg
  emergency.

Sports Complex and Community Park
The sports complex has three soccer fields, a
softball, baseball, and football field. There
is also plenty of parking and a full concession
stand The community park has a set of swings, a
large playground, and a sandbox.

Lakes

• There are two man made lakes on opposite sides of
  the city.
• Theres public access to the lakes so this is one
  of our main tourist attractions.

Day Care

• Location is convenient for working parents
  because it is very close to the town center,
  which is where most people work in this lovely
  town.
• The staff is loving and caring so no one needs to
  worry about their kids!

Schools

• Our city has an Elementary, Middle, and High
  school.
• The three are located right next to each other,
  helping the soccer moms out so they dont have to
  drive across town to drop off different aged
  kids.
• Also the schools start and end in 30 minute
  intervals to avoid congestion.

Neighborhoods

• Houses are spread throughout the city
• The grey housing signifies the community of 55.
  It is lake front.
• The blue housing is randomly placed single family
  houses, townhouses, condos, and apartments that
  all look similar.
• Every house has privacy, including trees and
  bushes.

• The street lights in our town are powered by
  solar panels.
• There are recycling bins on every street corner.
  
• Also the lakes help keep a huge abundance of wild
  life.
