The Appearance of Two Witnesses (111-13)
  • Chap. 11 John is given a measuring rod to
    measure the temple of god and the altar, but the
    courtyard outside the temple remains unmeasured.
  • Courtyard is given over to the nations who will
    trample the holy city for 42 months.
  • During this period, two witnesses are granted
    authority to prophesy for 1260 days (42 months)
