• Certification status for each interface see
  attached document
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for interfaces will
  begin on October 16 - excepting DOE and P/R JVs
• As of 10/9/06, all test files must
• Use the vendor crosswalk file created with
  8/31/06 data
• Be accompanied by an INF file and a BIE online
  entry
• If interface fails resend files on October 25

• User Acceptance Testing Guidelines
• Use parallel production files
• Use production FTP server
• Use 8/31/06 vendor and customer crosswalk files
  will be provided on production FTP server by
  October 6
• Agency will FTP files and email Brenda Palmer
  include the date the file was originally
  processed in production
• INF control file will be required, must use
  correct unit code
• Each interface is assigned a processing date for
  testing purposes (see attached integration
  schedule doc.)
• Agency files due no later than noon (October
  16-18) on their scheduled submission date
• INF batch id and import date must reflect
  assigned test date
• INF and document file names must reflect assigned
  test date

• The following must have the same date
• Document file name
• INF file name
• INF batch id
• INF import date
• BIE import date
• GAX files must include the country code null or
  a value
• Payment feedback file will be provided
• PDF file of sample checks will be provided
• Scheduled payment date edit
• Sched. Payment date must be or gt system date
• Edit will be relaxed to accommodate integrated
  testing
• Agency will make BIE entry online

Importance of BIE

• Verify person entering BIE (see attached
  schedule), if change is needed contact Brenda
  Palmer
• Once the interface file is transmitted, it is
  vital that the BIE entry be made before noon on
  the day it is to be processed
• Technical staff must communicate with the
  business staff
• BIE entries must be made in the correct
  environment
• Production URL for user acceptance testing will
  be provided on October 9 - AdvantageME userid and
  password should be tested immediately

• October only, user acceptance testing will be
  done in the production environment.
• As of 10/28/06 the production environment is
  being readied for 11/15/06 go-live of Vendor
  Self-Service. - Production environment
  will no longer be available for testing
• New URLS will be provided to business staff for
  online BIE entries

• During VSS go-live implementation a vendor
  crosswalk will be generated using 10/31/06 MFASIS
  data
• This is the final vendor conversion from MFASIS,
  it will contain the final go-live vendor codes
• New vendors added to MFASIS will be appended to
  the 10/31/06 vendor crosswalk file until Dec 29
• Vendor crosswalk will be frozen on 12/29/06

• U.S., Canada, Germany, and Mexico vendor
  addresses must contain state/province codes and
  postal codes
• All other countries the state/province and
  postal codes will not be required

• October 9-27 interface user acceptance testing
  will use new production Momentum server
• Connection information for production FTP server
  will be provided by Oct 6
• Starting Oct 28 agencies will be locked out of
  the production Momentum server until go-live at
  the end of December
