- Read the Request for Proposal (RFP) carefully
adhere strictly to its guidelines - Focus on client needs, not organizational needs
state the consequences for the lack of services - Write concisely powerfully
- Avoid jargon but use terminology that is in the
explanatory sections of the RFP - Stay aware of time dont spend too much time on
one section
