• Dial in the access number

2. Follow the direction and enter the passcode
(by pressing the telephone button)

• 2. Operator answers Make conference call

• Conference date, time, number of lines,
  introduction

3. Conference call is connected (Reaccess is
possible with in the reserved time)

call (when call is suspended, operator will

passcode (For operator calling type participants
will receive calls at the conference time)

• Chairperson dial in to the access number

• 2. Enter the passcode following the recorded

• 4. Participants will receive a call and join in

• (If you didnt receive the call please call

Lines are open 10 minutes early
(Reaccess is possible with in the reserved time)
