Updates (-04)

• Various editorial nits/inconsistencies per Dave
  Morgans comments.
• Removed references to user interface
  abstractions per Sean Olsons comments at
  IETF-65.
• Expanded examples in section 9.6 (Conference
  Announcements and Recordings)
• Added two new sections 9.7 (DTMF) and 9.8
  (Observing a Conference), with some initial text.

• DP5 State and Policy Manipulation Protocol(s)
• Three protocols on the table CSCP, CCCP,
  COMP/CCMP
• CSCP based on BFCP
• CCCP new protocol

Additional work to complete Framework

• Include the resolution of the way forward on the
  conference control protocol.
• Definition for whisper.
• Consistent with current proposal in section 9.5
• Additional detail in section 9
• Expand text in sidebars to accommodate additional
  scenarios.
• Add detailed diagrams for announcements/recording.
  
• Add detailed diagrams for DTMF and Observe.
• URI schemas for new conference object and
  conference user identifiers, currently in the
  appendix, need to be described in new, separate
  documents.
• Pending agreement on way forward for data model,
  remove references to templates and introduce
  concept of extensibility of the schema defined in
  the data-model draft.

Way Forward

• Any additional WG feedback on scenarios and
  proposed changes should be provided ASAP.
• Once resolution of open issues is agreed,
  Framework document can be completed.
