Online ordering is now available! With a few
mouse clicks you can order patients shoes, check
order status, track orders, view and print
invoices.

Please email web_at_drcomfortdpm.com with your
customer number to setup your account today!
Enter your User ID and Password provided by Dr.
Comfort. All of your bill to and ship to
information will already be on your account when
you log in.

To begin ordering shoes for your first patient,
select mens shoes or womens shoes from the
menu at the top of your screen.

Step 1. Enter your first patients name.

Step 2. Easily select the shoe from the drop
down menu provided.

Step 3. Select the shoe color.

Step 4. Select the shoe width.

Step 5. Select the shoe size.

Step 6. Select the quantity of inserts and click
Add to Cart to complete your first patients
order. (The default is 3 Heat Moldable Inserts,
but you can also add Gel inserts for your
non-diabetic patients)

Step 7. At this point you can either continue
shopping by clicking mens shoes or womens
shoes or click check out to confirm order and
view shipping info.

Step 8. Type any comments of special instructions
for us into the text box.

Step 9. Select the ship-to location from the
drop down menu.

Step 10. Select your preferred UPS shipping
method.

Step 11. Enter your PO number if you would like
to have a reference for your records. Your
default payment method will be the same as other
orders you have placed with Dr. Comfort in the
past.

Step 12. You can also review your order for
accuracy and print a copy of the order for your
records. Click Accept to send the order to Dr.
Comfort or Edit to make any changes.

Once you click Accept your order will be sent
to Dr. Comfort for processing and will ship out
within 24 hours.

You can view open order status by clicking on the
view open orders button on the top of your page.

You can track your shipments and view invoice
info by clicking view invoice history and
selecting a date range.

Click the UPS tracking number below Package
Tracking to view the progress of your shipment.
