  • On Site Training
  • Gas Turbine Training classes provide technical
    information and hands on experience (if engine is
    available) for those people who maintain the
    LM1600, LM2500, LM2500 Marine,LM2500, LM5000,
    and LM6000 gas turbine engines.
  • The goal of each training program is to build
    confidence based on knowledge and understanding.
  • Engine System Familiarization and Maintenance
    Procedures are key focal points of each program.
  • This training program is built on a foundation
    that will enable the student to understand
  • Engine Nomenclature Functions
  • Engine Systems Operation
  • Gas Turbine Principles and Theory
  • Troubleshooting Techniques Through Class
    Discussions
  • Maintenance and Preventative Maintenance
  • Borescope Inspection

Class Types
  • Classes are available and customized to meet your
    training requirements.
  • Classes and on site training can take place
    anywhere in the world.
  • Classes are scheduled upon request and actual
    training dates are dependent upon instructor
    availability.
  • Types of classes offered are Engine
    Familiarization, Engine Maintenance
    Familiarization, Level One and Level Two, Hot and
    Cold, and Borescope.
  • Classes can take place at the customer site or
    any facility that meets the needs of the
    customer.
  • Training programs are designed to be flexible.
  • Cost quotations are available upon request.

Engine Maintenance and Familiarization Courses
  • Both Engine Maintenance and Maintenance
    Familiarization courses cover both engine
    hardware and systems.
  • Hardware is covered from engine frames and major
    assemblies to individual parts.
  • Details of location, fit, function, method of
    retention and pertinent maintenance information
    are covered.
  • In the Level One, Level Two, and Borescope
    classes, hardware discussions are enhanced by
    hands on disassembly/assembly (if engine is
    available) of the various engine components.
  • Engine Familiarization courses provide a broad
    description of the engine and system operation.
    Some maintenance information is covered.
  • Engine Heavy Maintenance courses include a deeper
    level of discussion of engine construction down
    to the rotor and stator assemblies.
  • Systems training includes explanation of the
    hardware, operation, parameters, maintenance, and
    troubleshooting tips. All engine related systems
    are covered in detail. A few of the systems
    covered are lubrication, venting, fuel, and
    starting.

Payment
  • A retainer fee is required when scheduling your
    class. The balance is due the first day of class.
  • Checks should be made payable to Gas Turbine
    Training
  • All fees must be paid in U.S. dollars
  • We accept Mastercard Visa.
  • Tuition fees are subject to change without
    notice

Cancellations
  • The demand for engine training is extremely high.
    It is imperative if for any reason an enrolled
    student cannot attend class as scheduled, that we
    be notified as soon as possible. Your assistance
    on this matter will be greatly appreciated.
  • Enrollment cancellations must be made with the
    registrar as soon as possible.
  • A full refund will be made if notified of
    cancellation two weeks prior to class start date.
  • Any class is subject to cancellation.
  • NOTE
  • Cancellation has to be finalized at least two
    weeks prior to class start date or entire tuition
    fee will be forfeited.
