• Continued use of land for agricultural purposes,
  including farms, floriculture, orchards and
  nurseries
• NCD, New Community District
• NCD unchanged

Special Purpose Districts

• PUD, Planned Unit Development
• Residential PUDs must contain a variety of
  housing types
• Other PUDs must contain a mix of uses
• 25 of total land area must be open space, 70 of
  that area must by public

TND District

• Traditional Neighborhood Development District
• Greenfield locations
• Permits housing types and variety of public
  civic and commercial
• Mix of uses required
• 30 ft min. lot width, 6 max. front yard
• Drive-through cannot be visible, parking at side
  or rear
• Commercial tenants other than office limited to
  25,000 square feet

-TNB Overlay District

• Traditional Neighborhood Business Overlay
  District
• Redevelopment and infill locations
• Permits all uses in base district, plus
  upper-story dwelling
• Prohibits auto-related uses, storage and
  industrial
• Mix of uses required
• Same lot width and max. front yard as base TND
• Drive-through cannot be visible, parking at side
  or rear
• Commercial tenants other than office limited to
  10,000 square feet
