Scheduling Timeline
  • Initial course request material will be mailed in
    April to be verified by parent.
  • Final recommendations regarding student placement
    are due May 18, 2007, which gives students ample
    opportunity to demonstrate ability level.
  • Updated course request verification will be
    mailed in June.
  • Class cancellations will be rectified on an
    ongoing basis once the master schedule is
    determined.
  • Schedule and/or placement changes WILL NOT be
    made after July 13, 2007.
  • Final schedules will be mailed home one week
    prior to the first day of school.

Registration Appointments
  • For your childs benefit, and to make the
    transition to high school as smooth as possible,
    parents are encouraged to attend their childs
    registration appointment.

Helpful Hints for a Successful Appointment
  • Complete course selection worksheet prior to
    appointment.
  • Choose two alternate electives for each elective
    selected.
  • Come prepared with questions.
  • Remind your child the
  • morning of your scheduled appointment as
    their presence is key to this process.
