Basic Concept

• In reciprocating engines, air is sucked via the
  pistons moving downwards creating vacuum pressure
  in the combustion cylinders which cause the air
  to replace.
• Air flow in the cold-air intake manifold flows as
  what it is after being filtered with the flow
  stream like laminar flow.
• In gasoline/diesel engines, intake air picks up
  gas together when it flows by the carburetor or
  the injectors.

Basic Concept

• In gasoline/diesel engines, the spinning
  increases the fuel-air mixing in the combustion
  cylinders.
• The better the mixture is to do higher the
  combustion efficiency giving higher output, lower
  emission and lower gas mileage, respectively.

• Thus turbulence flow is help for mixing better
  thanlaminar flow.
• Thus air vortex/swirl can help to do more
  combustion in the cylinders that is effect to
  higher output, lower emission, save energy,
  increase more distance mileage also.

• This component can be easily installed and
  requires little to none tools. Self installation
  is also applicable. Though, car configurations
  differ and may be good to be installed under
  qualified personnel.
• To install this device
• 1. Remove the cold air intake pipe/hose.
• 2. Insert the air vortex device with the blades
  towards the engine.
• 3. Push the vortex device until it firmly sits on
  the edge of the pipe/hose.
• 4. Install the pipe/hose back into the filter
  housing.
• Remark
• For the most effective efficiency, the vortex
  device can be installed at location 2, which is
  in front of the throttle housing. The 20
  improvement was done at location 1.

• The device was tested on a gasoline car (Honda
  Prelude-2000 cc- sport car) through a distance of
  600 km. Comparing between without and with the
  device installed condition, the gas mileage has
  be increased 20 . (average value for 10 test
  time)
• 2 Proportions test
• P_value 0.000 which is less than 0.05, that
  means the air vortex device increases fuel
  mileage significantly.
