Migrants Center was established in 1994 to serve
refugees who fled their home country because of
persecution and migrant workers especially from
Africa and Asia who came to Lebanon and are
facing crucial problems.

In January-March 2001, with technical assistance
from MONA Secretariat and ICMC (Jim Kelly and Sue
Glassford), the center developed a strategic plan
that permitted to redefine its vision, mission
and programs.
