Conclusions
  • Girls had more fat than boys except for 11 year
    olds where boys Girls were similar.
  • 14 year olds were heavier in both sexes.
  • Measurement of fat was better indicator than
    using BMI.
  • Intervention showed significant improvements in
    flexibility and strength.
  • In general, Pulmonary Function Test was higher in
    older children.
