Integrating Fitness
  • Our goal is to use activities or adapt
    traditional ones that will keep students moving!
  • We want to introduce students to a variety of
    activities that they can continue with in life
    College Intramurals, Parks Recreation Programs,
    gym memberships, self maintenance.
  • Our program includes the traditional team sports
    and activities along with some new fitness
    additions.
  • Fitness Days (2 days per week minimum)
  • Weightlifting, circuit training, aerobics,
    fitness videos
  • Use of pedometers and heart rate monitors
  • Regular Fitness Testing
