What is the PhilGEPS?
  • The PhilGEPS (Philippine Government Electronic
    Procurement System) is the single, centralized
    electronic portal to be used by all government
    agencies in the procurement of common goods and
    also as the primary source of information in the
    procurement of

  • The PhilGEPS is being developed and continuously
    supported with Technical Assistance from Policy,
    Training and Technical Assistance Facility
    (PTTAF) of the Canadian International Development
    Agency (CIDA).

Putting Policy Into Action
  • November 22, 2000 official launch of the
    PhilGEPS
  • Signing and release of Executive Order No.322,
    s.2000, officially establishing the PhilGEPS
  • December 1,2000 PhilGEPS goes online, receives
    first electronic posting
  • January 10, 2003 reiteration of PhilGEPS
    mandates by RA 9184
  • Managed by the Procurement Service under the
    supervision of the GPPB
