What To Do If You Are Bullied

• Tell a trusted adult about what happened and what
  they did
• Parent
• Teacher
• Aunt or Uncle
• Anyone you trust
• Dont open or read messages by cyber bullies
• Tell your school if its school-related
• Never agree to meet with anyone you meet online

How To Keep From Being Bullied Online

• Dont give out private information
• Passwords, name, address, phone number, school
  name, or family and friends names
• Dont send messages when you are angry
• Delete messages from people you dont know
• If something doesnt seem right, it probably
  isnt leave the site

• What is netiquette?
• Being polite to others online
• Use meaningful subject lines tell the person
  what the email is really about
• Dont type with ALL CAPS this is know as
  screaming, and is rude
• Think before you type words you type are
  permanent once you send them
• Think about attachments
• Give people online the same respect you would
  give them in person
