Fact Sheet
  • Company Overview. Biodegradable by Nature, Green
    by Choice
  • Perf Go Green Holdings, Inc. is engaged in the
creation and global marketing of 100
    eco-friendly, non-toxic, food-contact-compliant
biodegradable plastic products. All Perf Go
Green products are produced using recycled
plastics and completely break down in landfill
within 2 years, leaving no toxic or visible
residue, as compared to other plastics that take
    hundreds of years.
  • Founded in 2007, Perf Go Green premiered at the
March 2008 International Home and Housewares
Show, where its products received an honor for
their design quality and innovation. The company
began trading on the OTCBB in May 2008.
  • How Perf Go Green Works
  • Perf Go Green uses a proprietary
    oxo-biodegradable application method to produce
the film for its bags. When discarded in soil in
the presence of microorganisms, moisture and
oxygen, Perf Go Greens products decompose into
simple materials found in nature. Through this
process as well as the use of recycled plastics,
the company effectively removes plastic waste
    from the environment.
  • Products and Stores
  • Perf Go Green is shipping seven prominent
    biodegradable plastic products categories in
2008. Its Tall Kitchen Trash Bags and Lawn Leaf
Bags became available nationwide in more than
6,000 Walgreens retail outlets in mid-September.
They are also sold online through Amazon.com and
drugstore.com, and recently became available at
gt6,000 CVS stores. Commercial trash bags and
plastic drop cloths are also being shipped. RD
for many future product introductions is
    underway.
