The Four Styles
Westminster City Council provides four different
styles of flexible working. These are
Home-Based Worker staff who spend 60 of their
time working from home Flexible Office-Based
Worker staff who spend most of their time in the
office but work out of the office at least 1 day
per week Nomadic Worker staff who spend 60 of
their time working away from their work
base Office-Based Worker staff who spend most
time in the office and occasionally work from home
