• Michelangelo was known for his masterpieces all
  over the world. Michelangelo was born March 6
  1475.He was born 2nd of five children.The same
  day he was born his father noted Today March 6
  ,1475 a child of the male sex has been born to me
  and I have named him Michelangelo. Michelangelos
  mother,Francesca Neri was to sick to nurse him,
  so he was placed with a wet nurse,in a family of
  stone cutters,where he, sucked in the craft of
  hammer and chisel with my foster
  mothers milk. The picture on the right is
  Michelangelo when he was young. Michelangelo had

Final Days

• Michelangelo died on February 18, 1564 after a
  slow fever.He died at the age of 89. Before
  Michelangelo died he said that he left his soul
  to God,his body to the earth ,and his possessions
  to his nearest relations.
