Implementation of Enhancement

• These enhancements will be implemented Friday,
  8/28/09. The last run of the current batch
  process will be 8/27/09 at 1 PM Central. Any
  files received after 1 PM will need to meet the
  new requirements. All files received after 1 PM
  will be held and processed after the changes have
  been implemented on 8/28/09 and the reports will
  be available on Monday, 8/31/09.

Length of all records changing to accommodate new
fields

• Registration record and trailer record changing
  from 868 to 871
• Response files updated to include 3 new fields

Updates to existing error codes

• All Diagnosis code error codes (077 085) Any
  diagnosis code submitted with the decimal will
  now be an error. The error code will correspond
  to the specific diagnosis code.
• Error code 026 Street Address 1 is missing or
  invalid Updated to include if any special
  characters are submitted (Examples , , , )

New Error Codes

• Error Code 194 - Client Income cannot be greater
  than Household Income - This error will occur
  when the Client Income is greater than the
  Household Income
• Error Code 195 -Street Address line 2 is
  invalid This error will occur when the street
  address line 2 is reported and contains special
  characters (Examples , , , )
