  employed in surprising ways.
• Should IRVA be happy or concerned?

• Many RV instructors from the USA teach abroad
• Yet, little is known about remote viewing efforts
  in other countries than the US

  research
• Most are uneducated as to modern advances in RV

  and Tibet have been utilizing psi-related
  techniques for thousands of years.
• Other cultures such as the Celts, Native
  Americans, Maori, and Aboriginal peoples have
  history of psi use.
• Do we object to the practice or the modern
  adoption of the term remote viewing?
