QualityNet Overview
  • QualityNet provides healthcare quality
    improvement news, resources, training and data
    reporting tools
  • QualityNet is the gateway to QualityNet, the only
    CMS-approved website for secure communications
    and healthcare quality data exchange
  • QualityNet accesses the QIO Clinical Warehouse
    for submission of data and retrieval of reports

Access for QualityNet
  • Hospital must have QualityNet Security
    Administrator
  • If you dont have a QualityNet Security
    Administrator, contact your local Quality
    Improvement Organization (QIO) for the Security
    Administrator registration packet
  • QualityNet Security Administrators assign access
    roles to additional hospital users
  • NOTE All users requesting access to QualityNet
    must be individually approved and verified. This
    mandatory registration process is used to
    maintain the confidentiality and security of
    health care information and data transmitted via
    QualityNet.

  • Only available to the submitter and has the QIO

APU/RHQDAPU Provider Participation Report
  • Details the number of Medicare claims submitted
    for the specified quarter and the number of
    medical records accepted into the QIO Clinical
    Warehouse
  • Information is separated out by topic (Beginning
    with 07/01/06 discharges, Surgical Care
    Improvement Project SCIP will be listed out by
    strata)
  • Adding HCAHPS and Mortality Measures information
    in the future.

NOTE Utilizing the listed APU/RHQDAPU Provider
Participation Report will assist in tracking of
APU requirements, but DOES NOT guarantee a
provider qualifies for the Annual Payment Update

strata. More HCAHPS and Mortality Measures
information to be added in the future.

  • Download and view Preview Report on a quarterly
