Expense Management Made Simple

reports at anytime from anywhere. As an option,
corporate card data can be automatically
pre-populated in the system.

2) Approval
Managers are alerted via email when reports need
approval. Expenses out-of-compliance with company
policies are automatically flagged for review.

Accounting verifies receipts and authorizes
reimbursements online. Reimbursements may be
