    Prevention, smoking among teens has fallen
    sharply in school years. 28 of high school
    students smoke.

    that discourage young people from smoking

    alcohol

Stopping the Addiction Cycle
  • Most people who stop will experience symptoms of
    nicotine withdrawal. Craving and discomfort will
    last for a short period of time.
  • Other withdrawal symptoms include irritable,
    difficulty concentrating, anxiety, sleep
    disturbance, and craving tobacco. Many will use
    nicotine substitute (gum, patches, nasal spray,
    etc.).
