  categories
• Hint Very important to acquire TLC points
• Everyone starts off with 3 TLC points
• Investments become more profitable
• Use only Millionaire Maker cash
• Acquire a maximum of 10 points
• 5 TLC points allow you to use 1 or 2 dice
• 10 TLC points allow you to use 1,2, or 3 dice

Assets

• Assets Directed and diversified asset
  allocation, which is essential to create passive
  income to feed the Wealth Cycle
• May only be purchased with money from Wealth
  Account
• You may only use an Asset card when you meet the
  requirements
• Remember to deduct the amount of the asset from
  your Wealth Account in the Asset column
• Record the liability amount in the Liabilities
  column
• If value changes, record in the Asset column

• Adjust your cash flow in the Income section

Forecasting

• Defn A projection of your revenue, expenditures,
  assets, and liabilities and how to direct those
  numbers into companies that make full use of tax
  code.
• Use to protect your self from Challenge cards
• Can only use Millionaire Maker cash to pay for

• If you use Forecasting card, mark your balance
  sheet with the appropriate tally mark
• When use on a challenge card, erase tally mark
• Using your tally marks are optional on a

• Defn Concept of pay-yourself-first by

• You can only deposit money in your Wealth Account
  by drawing a Wealth Account card

Challenge Cards

• You must take the action on the card
• You may be exempt from action if you forecasted
  in one of the 4 areas Income, Taxes,

• Rock and Roll Challenges
• Pass the card to your left
• Player rolls dice, if 1 or 3 come up, player must
  take action
• If card goes around entire table with no 1 or 3,
  you must take action

Basic Rules of the Game

• Game play time consists of 4 20min quarters
• Debrief after each quarter
• Player take turns using 1,2,or 3 dice to move in
  and out of each of the 6 cycles of the game board
  each time starting back at payday
• Each turn has the player choosing either a
  sequence card, a TLC card, or a Challenge card
• To increase your Passive Income, increase your
  cash flow by building your Cash Machine by buying
  assets that provide positive cash flow.
• Read all cards aloud. Every card could affect
  your financial position
