New Organization Charts

• Discussion
• The following two charts, although in different
  formats, are conceptually and specifically the
  same with exception of some detail.
• The first chart, labeled Organization Next
  Steps is the organization as it has been
  depicted and described during the council
  development process. It is a typical wiring
  diagram chart.
• The second chart more of a functional block
  diagram chart. There are some modifications to
  conform to the by-laws and goals that were
  adopted in the June 26, 09 meeting.
• A function labeled Resource Development was
  added to the Standing Committees to conform to
  the by-law requirements.
• The Board of Directors Ministry Teams conform to
  the Goals for 2009 - 2014.
• Correlating the two charts
• Human Services Group is Direct Services Team
• Community Relations Group is Social Justice, Race
  and Culture and Faith and Spirituality Ministry
  Teams
• The Youth and Other Ministry Teams are potential
• Support Services Group remains basically the
  same. The resource development function that was
  embedded in marketing has now become a standing
  committee.
