Sweet Caribbean breeze , warm smiles and a
great golf course ! Mi wife and I loved this
place so much , we decided to live here . P.B Dye
P.B Dye created the magnificent golf course La
Estancia , over 7,200 yards long , along the
area of the Chavon River . La Estancia is more
than a golf, its a immense touristic project,
at the early stage of its development . In a
near future La Estancia will have the appearance
of a little town with independent structures
(various swimming pools, restaurant , spa,
tennis, golf etc...) . This resort will be a less
expensive alternative than Casa de Campo ,
offering also acomodation in pleasant villas, at
human size !! La Estancia has an ideal
geographical location to embellish the golf stay
with pleasant excursions. Located a a few
distance of the fishermens village of
Bayahibe, the journey to Saona is a must ! The
Wild Ranch, ecotouristic site proposes a
playground with canopy, in the middle of de
jungle , on the banks of the Chavon River and
will be the pretext of an adventurous journey
with the whole family.

The golf
In order to compete with Casa de Campo (
located at 15mn), Eli Rodriguez, the Puerto
Ricanian Golf Manager , relies on the quality of
the course maintenance , the cordial welcome and
competence of the caddies and the standard of
the proposed services. A magnificent course,
with spectacular holes on the cliffs of the
Chavon River, the Greens and Fairways at a PGA
level and an outstanding reception. La Hacienda
Club House and Grill, a nice restaurant, with
view on the driving range, and some deckchairs
facing the lake , appeal to relax

For the golfers who are particularly fond of
playing at an early hour, in the coolness,
specially in tropical countries, an accomodation
