  Manitoba is where it all begins.
• Potenza Pizza is located in the small beach town
  of Grand Marais, Manitoba

• Built in 1984
• Potenzas serves pizza, pasta, salad, subs and
  breakfast
• Potenzas has 33 tables, with 125 seats
• Families on holidays, or at the lake for the
  weekend.
• Owner, manager, assistant manager and kitchen
  manager

My Responsibilities

• As the assistant manager I was responsible for
• Nightly Cash Outs
• Staff Scheduling
• Waitressing, Bussing, Hostessing
• Helping with Payroll
• Product Ordering
• Day-to-day operations

Exciting Summer Events

• Surf Club- New owner
• Getting new computers with Pixel Point POS, and
  touch screens
• New kitchen printers
• Having to garbage pick-up
• End of summer staff party

What I learned?

• How to correctly use Pixel Point, and perform
  cash out's
• Payroll
• Scheduling- pros and cons
• Organizing/Filing product invoices
• Time Management skills, and Organizational skills

Conclusion

• I had a great summer, learned a lot and it was
  ridiculously busy
• Great hot, sunny weather
• Staff was great, and we had a blast working
  together
• Co-op was a great learning experience
