Dealing with Spam

• NEVER respond to unsolicited commercial e-mail
• Consider complaining to the proper ISP
• However, many spammers exploit open relays
  (mail servers on the Internet, often in Asia,
  allowing the sending of email by anyone, to
  anyone) and are essentially untouchable.
