HOW PAPS WORKS
  • 1. Transmit a copy of the commercial invoice(s)
    with the PAPS barcode to the designated U.S.
    Customs broker,
  • 2. Broker will create Entry in the system
    identifying the PAPS barcode data,
  • 3. At crossing, the Inspector scans the PAPS
    barcode(s) from manifest and reviews targeting
    results makes decision to release or examine.
