A ROAD SHOW TO JAPAN TO BUILD CONFIDENCE
  • The Prime Minister, H.E. Mr.Abhisit Vejjajiva,
    and Team Thailand have recently conducted a road
    show to Japan to build confidence to investors
    and tourism-related stakeholders in further
    gaining an insight in what Thailand can offer
    them.
  • This event will be followed by road shows to
    China, Korea, the U.A.E, and the U.K.

  • In 2008, Thailand still welcomed around 14.24
    million international visitors, a small growth of
    1 percent.
  • strong growth in arrivals can be significantly
    noticed from these three regions

  • In 2009, we are conservatively projecting about
    14 million visitor arrivals.

    3 months
  • Waive landing and airport fees for airlines for

    must wait long hours to catch a connecting
    flight.
