leadership, service, personal development, and
academic success and to formally recognize
outstanding University of West Florida students
who meet established criteria.

The Voyages Program identifies opportunities and
provides a framework for charting accomplishments
by University of West Florida students preparing
for leadership roles in an increasingly complex
global community.

Students who join Voyages will

• Attend personal development workshops
• Attend and/or participate in the Leadership
  Symposium
• Explore career possibilities, prepare a resume,
  and take part in a mock interview
• Participate in service projects
• Create a community of leaders through membership
  in a Leader Circle
• Achieve or surpass a GPA of 2.75
• Develop a relationship with a mentor and learn to
  mentor others
• Receive recognition at commencement

• Attend Developmental Workshops

• Meet with a Career Coach
• Attend a Co-Op or internship information session
