• General oversight of core CD events/functions
• Preparation/clearance of materials
• Bi-annual conference
• Related advocacy and country activities
• Review/approve major sub-committee decisions
• Ensure effective links between elements of CD
• Financial oversight fundraising, budgeting,
  reporting

• Do not want to duplicate PMNCH Board
• Active, dedicated participation and capacity to
  contribute should be key for determining
  membership
• Aim for representation from range of constituency
  groups, but capacity to contribute should be
  primary consideration
