Charlie Daniels Band

• Charlie Daniels is partly Western and partly
  Southern. His signature bullrider hat belt
  buckle, his lifestyle on the Twin Pines Ranch (a
  boyhood dream come true), his love of horses,
  cowboy lore and the heroes of championship rodeo,
  Western movies, and Louis LAmour novels,
  identify him as a Westerner. The son of a
  lumberjack and a Southerner by birth, his music -
  rock, country, bluegrass, blues, gospel is
  quintessentially Southern. In fact, even his bent
  for all things Western is Southern, because his
  attire, his lifestyle and his interests are
  historically emblematic of Southern working class
  solidarity with the lone cowboy individualism
  of the American West.
• It hasnt been so much a style of music, but
  more the values consistently reflected in several
  styles that has connected Charlie Daniels with
  millions of fans. For decades, he has steadfastly
  refused to label his music as anything other than
  CDB music, music that is now sung around the
  fire at 4-H Club and scout camps, helped elect an
  American President, and been popularized on a
  variety of radio formats.

AHCA/NCAL-PAC Silent Auction RulesWelcome to
the AHCA/NCAL-PAC Silent Auction.  By placing a
bid, you consent to the following rules

• Bidding on Silent Auction items begins at 630 PM
  and ends at 915 PM sharp.
  
• Winning bidders names will be posted by 945 PM
  in the auction area.
  
• Payment for winning items will begin immediately
  after winners are posted.
  
• Bids are marked incrementally and cannot be
  altered by bidder. Your signature on the bid
  sheet is a contract to purchase the item if you
  are the highest bidder.
• Top bidders must pay for their items the night of
  the auction at the auction cashier station.
  
• AHCA accepts cash, check or credit card (Visa,
  Master Card and American Express) for payment.
  Checks should be made payable to AHCA-PAC.
  
• Upon payment, each top bidder will be required to
  sign a statement acknowledging receipt of the
  item.
  
• All purchases are final and there will be no
  exchanges or refunds on items.
  
• With a few exceptions noted on the bid sheet,
  every winning bidder must take ownership of their
  item the night of the Auction and so is
  responsible for their own shipping. AHCA cannot
  store your item for pick up at another time or
  ship it on your behalf. Only items noted on the
  bid sheet will be shipped by AHCA. Those items
  include the following 7, 27, 28, 35, 44.
• Some Silent Auction items are large and will
  require shipment to your home state. Every other
  winning bidder is responsible for shipment of
  their own item. AHCA will not assume
  responsibility for shipment of any items won at
  the Silent Auction.
• AHCA is not responsible for damage to an item
  once the top bidder takes ownership.

Item 46 Edgar Prado and Barbaro Andtheyre
off. On May 6, 2006, Prado rode Barbaro to vict
ory in the 132nd Kentucky Derby, 6½ lengths ahead
of the second finisher, Bluegrass Cat. The margin
of victory was the largest since Triple Crown
winner Assault won by eight lengths in 1946.
Barbaro was pulled up following a horrific ankle
injury during the Preakness Stakes two weeks
later. Prado was visibly shaken, declining
comment, but by all accounts his fast action on
the track contributed to saving the colt's life.
However, Barbaro was euthanized by veterinarians
at the University of Pennsylvania's New Bolton
Center on January 29, 2007. Color satin-finish 14

Item 47 The Three Tenors The Three Tenors
was the name given to a consort of singers who
held concerts under this banner during the 1990s
and early 2000s Spaniards Plácido Domingo and
José Carreras and Italian Luciano Pavarotti. The
trio began their collaboration with a concert at
the ancient Baths of Caracalla in Rome held on
the eve of the 1990 FIFA World Cup final in
Italy, on July 7, 1990, with Zubin Mehta
conducting the Orchestra del Maggio Musicale
Fiorentino and the Orchestra del Teatro
dell'Opera di Roma. Pavarotti passed away on
September 6, 2007, after a long battle with
