FIUTS Classroom Ambassador Program

• Classroom teachers invite international students
  to share their culture with K-12 Students in a
  variety of settings and subjects.

• Students are recruited in advance and trained in
  biennial sessions
• Database of available students is used to match
  students with special opportunities.

FIUTS Pen Pals

• Classrooms communicate via email with
  international students for six weeks, then meet
  in person at a FIUTS Wednesday Lunch.

  the program begins
• Curriculum provided to teachers
• Students are selected for international diversity
  and academic major

  performances, activities, and food
• Country booths and activities during the day
  involve 4-6 classrooms each year
• Evening performances open to the public
