  • Strict tenant screening including computerized
    credit and criminal background check, as well as
    employment and evictions history, prior to
    acceptance.
  • Executing lease agreement and other required
    documents.
  • Collecting first month's rent and security
    deposits.
  • Providing a move-in walk through inspection
    report.
